Sra Neyra is a leader coffee grower among her community producers. Her coffee is grown in the sub region of Santa Rosa in the Chirinos region in Peru. Chirinos is in the Northern region of the country bordering Ecuador. She inherited her farm from her great grandparents and decided to plant the finest varieties such as the much revered Gesha. She mills her own coffee on site and dries it under parabolicos which are essentially covered raised drying bed patios. This is a great way for her to dry her coffee - 22 days!- without fear of rot or overfermentation from potential rains. She's got amazing elevation at 1825 meters above sea level, a great variety and super clean and consistent processing methods. This coffee is elegant and sweet and we are elated to have it on the line up.
