This coffee is grown in the famous region of Minas Gerais by various small and medium-sized farmers. It has a chocolate and nutty profile and is perfect for French Press and single-origin espresso. This coffee is almost a call back to old-school coffees. It is creamy, sweet, and clean, but it has that peanutty chocolate bar-type flavor.
